    Arum wants WADA to do the drug testing, but WADA has come out and said that they don't do testing and the USADA would be the best one to use. The spotlight has firmly been placed on Arum/Pacquiao now.

    No more shenanigans. No more excuses. Just agree to the drug test, so the fight can take place.
