This is the best United Team I have ever seen.

Nani's goal sent me through the roof. I feel like it was United's worst game of the season, and they still won.

Oh yea how could I forget. L O L NANDO!!!!

Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini admitted he is frustrated with what he perceives to be a lack of squad depth in midfield after his side’s lacklustre 2-2 draw with Fulham on Sunday.

City dominated for well over an hour at Craven Cottage and found themselves two goals up thanks to a brace from Sergio Aguero, but goals from Bobby Zamora and Danny Murphy completed a stirring comeback for the home side.

The result put an end to City’s 100 per cent start to the Premier League season and also saw them lose ground on rivals Manchester United in the title race, after Sir Alex Ferguson’s men saw off Chelsea at Old Trafford on Sunday.

After the match, Mancini revealed he believes that injuries to several key midfielders have taken their toll.

"We are lacking at this moment because we lost two midfielders,” the City boss told reporters. “I don't have players at the moment. I can only change the full-backs.

"I have only two midfielders, because James [Milner] and [Nigel] De Jong have injuries."

While he was pleased with the way his side took control of Sunday’s match, Mancini considers the result to be a warning that City must be more clinical if they are to challenge for the title.

He added: "What team comes here against Fulham in London and has over 70% of ball possession?

"We had the same problem against Wigan at home. We had 15 chances in the first half and we scored only one goal.

"It doesn't always go well if you don't score, if you don't close the game."

Can't be arsed quoting Mancini so I'll quote you.

Listen fannybaws (manager not 1ke) you were plenty clinical against Fulham, you had 70% of possession and a 2 goal lead. You can't blow a 2 goal lead with 1 mistake, so no, it's not your lack of clinical strikers or your midfield, it's your shite defence. Fud.

I would love to see him starting but he has come on as a sub the last two games and has done awesome. Can he keep up that tempo for a full 90+ minutes is the big question.

Just realized I'll be missing nearly the whole first halves of both the Man City and Liverpool games the next two weeks. I get off work at 8am on Saturdays. Dammit.

Interesting. On the other hand, why would you want a guy like that on your bench for 2/3 of the game?

To do exactly what he's been doing, change the game. Both games he's come on and done something. Seeing him start over Bilyaletdinov is more appealing though.
