The ACON has been one of the weirdest displays of soccer I've ever seen. Most games have been entertaining to watch just for the sheer fact that there's so many goals. I saw worst defending and goalkeeping when I played in AYSO. I think it's obvious that Africa is still trailing behind Europe and South America in terms of talent.

The minor revolution going on at Milan is interesting. Borriello has been one of the biggest wastes of space the past few years, and all of a sudden he's learned how to score goals. I absolutely hate the way they've assembled the team the past few years, being naive enough to believe they'll be good, and suddenly, they are.

Pretty glad the Beckford deal fell through. Probably could've done a job in the CCC, but past that I don't think he could cut it in the Prem and would eventually become redundant. Hopefully we can get a few loans in and worry about buying players in the summer. Also, Nolan needs to be dropped to the bench, or pushed forward so Guthrie can get more games in the center.

I'm ignoring any discussion or thought of the US' injury problems until everything becomes clearer.

Had a double on last night with a Bologna - Atalanta draw and Bari to beat Genoa at Luigi Ferraris. Got the first draw, fuck Genoa for equalising though. Bari are a good side and do well away from home.
