His creativity is something I find NUFC is often lacking. Nolan and Barton have been quite good this season, but playing a 4-4-1-1 with Ireland/Tiote in the centre, Nolan as the one and Carrol up front is pretty solid.

Newcastle fans better hope Torres doesn't go to Chelsea for 50 million. (Which is the only way he's leaving.) Because that means we'll be poaching Carroll if rumors here in England are to believed.

Its bad news for us because they're still negotiating and using nearly all the soon to be Torres money on Carroll seems kind of wasteful and I think we're overpaying for him. Not to mention I read he has a torn thigh muscle and spending a ton of money on an injured guy probably isn't the smartest thing of all time.
