Haha, yeah they're serious there. They only accept sign ups at certain times. I was lucky that they were taking new members when I signed up. I would just send them another email. If you don't get a response, let me know and I'll to find some info for you. When I emailed them for the code, I got an email within 5 minutes.

It's a bit much for Carroll but honestly, we were looking at potentially losing Torres and not replacing him with anyone before the window closed.
