US has been a different team since the Honduras match. They're playing with heart, they're playing smart. They're still less talented, but using their players in the roles in which they fit will go along way to justifying this team being a top 20 world wide.
Beating Spain... I dunno, it doesn't make them favorites, but I don't see that kind of stuff happening under Arena. There's a different mentality there... more heart, more fight. This team believes in itself, which Arena's teams never seemed too.
They're getting Donovan running at defenders, Dempsey taking the shots outside. I think that's the way they have to attack. It opens things up for the young strikers in the box. Against Spain, they played a smart game, put as many people in front of Howard as they could and let Howard be Howard.
