This was a given considering his enormous price tag.

          To Japan he returns?

Considering his contract is up, I don't think anyone is surprised. Dana can rip him all he wants, but the guy draws every time he fights, and I'm not going out on a limb by saying he wiill fight for Zuffa at some point again.

Who is payiing him in Japan? Sengoku can't even afford Jorge Santiago, and DREAM doesn't pay anybody.

Sengoku is dead and buried. DREAM is a possibility, though.

I guess unless someone wants to throw money, the only realistic destination is one of M-1's Showtime shows.

The thing about Fedor, is he has to keep facing real comp, because if he beats a bum it will make people think he's a glorified can crusher. He can't afford to be fighting rob under a mask at this point.

Unfortunately, I think a can might be what Fedor needs to let off some steam.

                            Define "can", though.

Anything beneath a Todd Duffee level guy does more harm than good imo. A great opponent (out of the guys available) right now would be Jeff Monson. Or somebody like Paul Buentello who will stand with him. Maybe Ricco Rodriguez. If Ricco beats Petruzelli, he'll have like 12 straight wins and has a name.

Like I said before, he looked like he didnt even want to be there walking to the cage the other night. I was thinking Rocky3 vs Clubber in the first fight.
