Good for Gail Kim. She said the agent instructed her to "get eliminated quickly" with no further direction. So when the bell rang, she rolled out of the ring and went to the back. Nobody noticed.

Shes been fucking with them for weeks. She tweeted a few weeks ago about how happy she was to be a Superstars regular, because she could wreslte for more than 2 minutes.

Anyway, Chris Masters has always been a guilty pleasure of mine. Even on the first run, I loved the Masterlock Challenge. He was having good matches on Superstars, and has a good personality that they never let him show.

The fact they couldn't (or didn't want to) make any money with Masters and Harry Smith is ludicrous.

I'm glad that Kim is gone. She was one of more talented girls on the WWE roster and was never used except for spot fodder.

These releases typify why so many fans get so frustrated with the WWE. All of these workers had value. Koslov may not have worked as a main eventer star, like they initially tried to push him to, but he was a decent worker in the ring with a gimmick that worked. I quite enjoyed the work of Masters, and Kim is one of the better Diva workers they had. Yet the WWE decided to do nothing with any of them.

I am completely mystified why the WWE feels that having any sort of midcard and lower card is unnecessary anymore. Instead of having Masters or Smith give us decent undercard matches against Rhodes, DiBiase, and the like, we get Johnny Curtis dumping milk on himself.

TNA pays undercard people like an indy, so what's the difference? She probably stands to make more on the indies short term while the name is still fresh off WWE TV.

By most reports, TNA won't pay her any more than working for SHIMMER would. Indy scene might be the better option...

I'm sure TNA will try to pick some of these folks up, push them right away since they still have the WWE sheen, then get tired of them quickly and dump them back into the bloated midcard pile so they can continue to highlight Hogan, Flair, Sting, and Angle.

My take on each...

Melina - always had heat on her, so this was overdue. I will say this much, she stood out from the other women, most of whom I can't tell apart. Melina Perez is her real name I believe, so that will help her.

Kozlov - I think they squeezed everything they could out of this guy. He had a main event run, and as worked back down the card. I don't think much of him. He was discovered by Jerry Jarrett, who shopped him to Vince at Titan Towers, which led to heat between Jerry & Jeff. KOZLOV, of all people, came between a father and son. Amazing.

Gail Kim - see other posts. Best worker on the roster by far, but that doesn't matter much. Interesting thing about Kim, is along with Kong in TNA, she was the last woman to really move ratings in wrestling since Sable. And they did it without pushing sex. WWE keeps pushing sex, and literally nobody cares.

DH Smith - he is dry, he is boring, but he's is big, he can work, and he has the bloodlines they love. So I don't get it. Ted DiBiase Jr is the absolute shits, and he sticks around. Whatever.

Chris Masters - I love the guy, but its pretty well known that HHH isn't a fan, so this is no shock since Trips is the personel guy now.

Melina. She and Gail Kim didn't get along and even had a twitter war at some point (I'll assume the two had real heat). She's John Morrison's girlfriend and I think that's a big reason why she was kept as long as she was. She changed her look at one point and has been absolutely horrible in the ring all year in the little time she's been on TV.

Kozlov. Eh, don't care about the guy. A big stiff.

Harry Smith. Who did this guy piss off? Bret was the shits on the mic early in his career too, but he was allowed to work at it. In the end though, not too many guys with his size who can work in the ring. I know they despise managers but...

Chris Masters. During his original run, something about his masterlock challenge was just fun. Sure he was bad in the ring but that's what happens when they bring you up when you're not ready. Then they suspend him for failing a test I think and make fun of him ON LIVE TV . He has a great look and he has some charisma. He's still young I believe so hopefully he improves wherever he can work and come back someday.

Melina - Supposedly a huge cunt, but she's fucked half the roster which surely kept her around. No loss. TNA-bound fo sho. So, is Morrison going to quit now?

Kozlov - I liked the Santino-Kozlov tag team for whatever they were. Whatever.

Chris Masters - Huge waste of talent...after he got busted for a Wellness, they never would push him legit again. Had a good run on the undercard though working Superstars. I don't see the issue with keeping these types around. It'll be TNA for the Masterpiece. Liked Masters during his initial run. His old entrance theme was awesome. He was regarded by myself as "Mr. Bing".

DH Smith - Never understood why he never got a push.

Gail Kim - Back to TNA and the Women Indy Scene for the creepiest of all wrestling fans can oogle her. Her husband is overly well off, she doesn't necessarily have to work.
