Basically a scathing rundown of his money problems and assorted financial issues.

      Great article.

Houtz is Ric Flair's bastard child, I presume.

He's the real life Randy the Ram.

Scott Storick sounds like a real piece of shit.

Flair just couldn't drop that Four Horsemen lifestyle.

A week or two ago, in a very small town of less than 2500 people, in Big Stone Gap Va, Flair made an appearance at local Wal Mart. How do I know this? My wifes mother lives there. Sad times for Naitch.

Flair suffers from a few real key issues...

            - Awful circle selection...surrounds himself with really crappy people...friends, wives, business partners...which also leads to this...

            - Flair is actually a really crappy person in his own right. Deadbeat all around. Awful husband. Awful dad. Awful business partner. If it involves anything outside of that bubble known as wrestling, Flair is awful at it.

            - Lives infinitely above his means. Considering his debt, dude should be living in a condo on Ramen noodles every night. This goes into that Horseman lifestyle he was used to when he was running around with company credit cards.

            - Not one iota of real life sense...not a single ounce of personal finance knowledge. Just a dumb guy. Changing life insurance policies numerous times? Dumb bastard.

If there are two guys from his era that should have been able to get the fuck out of this unforgiving business known as Pro Wrestling, which is never kind to old dudes with no money, its Flair, and its Hogan, and those two bums keep working because they were awful with money.

On one hand, I feel bad for him. I love Ric Flair...dude is the GOAT. But Richard Pflier is a scumbag, really, even if he means well.

If there is something a lot of the young guys learned, you gotta be really good with money. You can make a lot in wrestling if you reach the big leagues, but if you are awful with money, expect to be doing this for a long time.

Flair is a lowlife. With that said, half of his problems would be solved if HE WOULD STOP GETTING MARRIED!

As for Hogan, he was doing fine financially until his kid got into that car accident and turned the Graziano kid into a veggie, and of course the divorce. Those two things killed him.

Supposedly, money for the Hogan's was running a little dry prior to the car accident.

Grantland has had some good wrestling pieces. They stole the Masked Man from Deadspin and I like his stuff. Grantland is so up and down, for every good piece, there is some really shitty piece on Hollywood

this. everything hollywood related is total garbage. I get it, Bill Simmons made his bones tossing in pulp culture references, but there is only one Bill Simmons, and his Hollywood writers are awful.

the whole footnote thing is fucking terrible too.

nonetheless, i still read it straight away in the morning at work while the coffee kicks in.
