Now that I think about it, I would think he does get a PPV cut, they said he turned down a title shot against the Cain/JDS winner because he wanted to fight sooner, so he took the fight with Brock which is huge PPV money compared to Cain or JDS

I find the Friday PPV to be odd.. guess Zuffa really didnt have the balls to tackle the New Years eve PPV.

I'm definitely interested in the particulars of the 'REEM signing.

Dana was on the radio down here promoting the RIO event, and said he hates working with a fighters "people"...referenced Overeem's camp which segway'd into a Fedor discussion. But overall said, its impossible to do business with them because you deal with the representation, not the fighter (ie: representation pays the fighters, but its Dana's belief that he pays the fighters and the fighters pay the representation)...so, I wonder how this one turned out.

Dana is full of shit. Overeem played the Diaz card and said he'd go box. UFC wilted.

Someone on another board said Jacare should start talking about boxing, he'll be headlining a PPV within months.

Dana was on LeBetard's show and said this last week...

"We're talking to Overeem. When everything fell apart, you guys heard me come out and say, 'We can't do business with these guys the way these guys want to do business,' meaning his management. Well they've changed their opinions on how they can do business with us, so now we can."

Apparently, Overeem is not with Golden Glory anymore.
