It's not about not wanting to see fighters get paid. It's about realizing Hendo isn't a draw, and he has no leverage since there's no where else to make money.

I hope he gets as much as he can, but if he goes in asking for the same amount or more that he asked for before he signed with Strikeforce....I doubt he gets it.

Agree with Empire. This is no different than article about Chris Johnson holding out with 2 years on his deal. The guy is talented and will get paid, but with what leverage are you negotiating? I assume Hendo is trying to open the bar high, and will come down a bit, but if he is truly expecting Anderson Silva money, then he's going to be disappointed
