I hope Laracque fucks everyone up!! Lucic is gonna be running for his life lol He takes off his gloves for Komisarik but as soon as Laracque is near him the guy is running like a school girl.
Fucking Caps have come out alive for this 3rd period. Ovechkin with the cheese goal to make it 2-1 so Washington are right back in it. King Henrik to the rescue.
The people on CBC made comment about how Montreal lost so many guys last offseason and got nothing in return for them. Ryder and Streit are the two big guys. And in place of them, they got Lang and Tanguay, which I'm sure many teams would have loved to have had.
Montreal just has no face anymore. Sure they have a bunch of name value players, but no one guy you can say "yup, THAT is who the Montreal Canadien's are". Basically what CBC said is, unless all of this stuff that happened leads to a massive signing like Vinny, then it was all for nothing. There is some untold story in Montreal.
In other news, thank god the flames got the victory. This is another classic playoff series and you just hate to see either team get knocked out.
All you need to know when thinking of the NHL vs Madden series is the two people involved in making the games.

I agree.
We need to go back in time when Montreal monopolized the entire French-Canadian market. You fuckers are taking all our players...
Next year we need to bring Lecavalier where he belongs...
That is basically what they were saying. If all of this BS going on in Montreal is all a secret plan to bring Lecavalier to Montreal, then it looks like they have known what they are doing all along. But when you let players as I mentioned go, and your entire top line is UFA's, it really looks as if Montreal could take a nose dive to the bottom of the league fairly soon, unless big changes are made.

That will never happen.
The pressure here in MTL will never allow our team to fall to the bottom of the barrel. If we go in to next season without major changes you can expect nothing less but a riot down town.
We will probably get rid of Gainey as GM and find a new one... Either way, new GM will have a lot of work to do.

Could've said the same thing about the Leafs 5-6 years ago.
