The way he setup at the start had everyone freaking out because he left so much of the goal open. Then he did what he did and I was speechless.

Fabio Capello has resigned as manager of England. Maybe the new guy in charge will give Micah Richards some respect.

I'm guessing it has a lot to do with the John Terry situation.

Yeah, it looks like it was all pretty much down to the Terry situation. Capello spoke out against the FA on Monday and was apparently looking into the specifics of his contract to see if he could block that.

One, I think England have a chance to grab someone solid as manager and do better at the Euro's than with Capello in charge.

Two, unless the resignation was forced, this is kinda stupid by Capello. He's freaking out because the FA felt that an accused racist who is going to trial was unfit to lead the national team. The English FA is a bunch of raging retards but I don't think they're wrong here.

Capello was undermined. I think he felt it should be his decision. After all that's why he was on the big bucks.

He is not the first Italian to jump a sinking ship. ;)
