Ignoring the actual match result from last year is mind blowing to me. The Undertaker streak was like the last shred of booking where W/L's still mattered, and now they are telling the audience that Triple H doesnt give a fuck that he lost, because he fucked the dude up post match.

Huh? Triple H should be SEETHING that he failed to get the job done and end the streak, which was his motivation for trying to cripple the guy. HE should be the one begging for the match, not Taker! And the reason Taker should be accepting the match is because of the attack!

This shit writes itself, but this is what happens when Soap Opera writers are involved instead of smart wrestling people. Wrestling storylines are supposed to be easy.

You've yet to see the match, have you?

HHH didn't beat him up post match.

He beat him up IN THE MATCH. Then when he went to grab the sledgehammer, Undertaker slipped him into the Hell's Gate and after 3 minutes in the hold, including a spot where HHH was trying to hit Taker in the head with the sledgehammer, he TAPPED OUT!

HHH walked away, the Undertaker was "twitching" and needed to be carried back to the ring.

No post match shenanigans...just a straight up loss...MR. H's didn't even "pass out" which is what they should have done. Straight tapped, but, the Undertaker had to be carried out and was gone for a year, so, somehow, its a moral victory.

Niggas ain't makin no cot damned sense with their writing.

There's still a month and a half left so I'm expecting eventually, HHH stops pretending he doesn't care about losing, failing, forgets all the corporate stuff and the breaking point will be.....fine Taker, you want the match, be careful what you wish for because in Miami, I'm finishing you for good.

I don't even like the idea of "knowing what he has to do to beat the Taker"...

I mean, he beat the guy within an inch of his life, and slipped up, Chael Sonnen style, while actually attempting to continue to beat the Undertaker into the point where he wants to take him this match.

          Its kind of silly.

HHH should be putting up a corporate front...but promos like with Michaels should be revealing that he's ashamed of not beating the Taker (and if you recall, he had a promo the RAW after the last WrestleMania that basically said "I'll be waiting for when he returns"...just, when he returns...H's is like "naw, that's bad for business!")

          Kind weird.

I thought after the match Triple H put the boots to him and attacked him out of frustration? I specifically remember spots with the ring steps, etc. I could be confused, as that all could have been in the body of the match.

Anyway, it still makes little sense that Trips is 'satisfied' with losing. It should be eating awayat him that despite destroying the guy, he still lost. Again, HE should be begging for the match, not Taker. The psychology is backwards.

It's because HHH is playing up the fact he's a suit now.

Wait, the WWE poorly booking psychology? Huh?!

Rick Rude is posthumously disappointed in CFO Helmsley at the moment.

I typically try to avoid the typical smarky Triple H bashing. Not because its undeserved but just cuz its easy. But man, its hard not to see him as a giant dickbag of late. First throwing himself into the Punk situation in the fall and getting a win over the hottest star on the roster. Then them taking this approach with the Trips-Taker Version 2.0.

I've always thought that Triple H taking over creative would actually be a pretty good thing for the WWE, as he's fairly old school in a lot of ways. But him running the E might be no different than when Nash got to book WCW for a time...

Over the years...I hate HHH less. He's no ace. But, he's a pretty old school kinda guy. A bit slow (alright, really slow) methodical.

In the right spots, that style works. He's had a bunch of good matches in his career.

Whatever. Not a hater. He's kind of a fruit pop...but whatever.

Pretty much how I regard him, to be honest. Going back, he moved a lot better in the ring before the quad injury. That really slowed down his style.

He's always been over-protected, kept needlessly strong, and over-exposed... but that applies to a lot of their top guys through the years.

I don't mind the American smash mouth style...it has its place.

Yes, I'd rather watch Kenta Kobashi, but whatever.
