Meltzer said Overeem did leave for Holland a little over a week ago and the rumor is he avoided a drug test.

His application for a license is going to be heard tomorrow so we'll find out if anythings up then.

It is very rare for a fighter to have to appear before the commission for a license. It's usually only the over 35 fighters. There is some sort of issue that needs to be worked out for sure.

the NSAC commission meeting starts at 6pm eastern so probably won't know until 7 or 8.

Lesnar and Overeem were contacted to have tests done. Lesnar went to a hospital to do it. Overeem "we'll deal with later" the commission says. Lesnar was clean.

The Overeem part is starting now. He's connected via phone, I think.

Kizer requested Overeem to take test Nov. 17. Did not hear back until Nov. 21....

On Nov. 23, Overeem did a test, but it was the wrong test. It was a blood test, but it did test for Testosterone and other drugs.

... The test came back "normal" for all that it was tested for. The test was performed in Holland.

Overeem took the right test on 12/7 and results will be in this week. He's now talking under oath by telephone.

They're questioning him about the timeline of events.

Commission concerned about the time between 11/17 and 12/7 that went before Overeem took the proper urine test.

They're about to deliberate and determine whatever (I assume whether he can get a license as long as his test comes back clean this week).

Reem must take drug test over next 72 hours, 1 when he comes back to fight at the end of the month, and then two random tests over next 6 months.

If he fails any, he's in big trouble with Nevada.
