All I can think about while watching is how much I hate the Phillies. That is further driving my bandwagon Rangers support.

Got to chuckle at the referees letting everything go for 50 minutes and then not only calling everything in the final 10 but also calling it all wrong! I was feeling a bit like this:

Reffing this year has been beyond god awful.

That was fucking awesome! Typical bitchmade Scott Hartnell complaining about it though, I think Hartnell's a good player but for him to talk about class is absurd ...

You really don't think Callahan deserved that diving call? If he had just kept skating through Timonen's stick he would've have gotten called but he grabbed the stick and fell down, clearly a penalty. Once again Flyers goaltending lets them down....the Rangers team defense is really really good. They don't have any big-name defenseman but the forwards support so much opposing teams can't get anything going, and I can only dream of the Flyers have someone as good as Lundqvist.

The delay of game farce which was JVR interference if it was anything at all (which it was not) and the penalty shot which was a home bias guess are what irked me most. Timonen was water-skiing on Gaborik's breakaway as well.

Regardless of the bullshit, this whole thing has been a great spectacle. 45k+ each for the Alumni, NHL and AHL games.

No arguments there, I'm glad the refs let them play for the most part though because I absolutely hate games where each team gets 7-8 power plays. I really like the Rangers style of play, but fuck them.
