Looks like Pep has a very tough task in front of him.

Crazy day! Dortmund hammered at home by Hamburg, Leverkusen held by Gladbach! Now, Bayern take on Schalke in what should have been a great game 4 months ago. Now Schalke are listed at +12.00 on my sports appComment

Hummels fucked it up in biblical proportions. Their whole defence was shaky as hell. Wondering if Dortmund will see subotic back against shaktar! And Lewandowski with a straight red after 30+ minutes for a brutal foul. IMO looking forward to Tuesday/Wednesday.Comment

Just last month I was walking around the Marienplatz with snow falling all around and a gluhwein in my hand. I headed over to the Hofbrauhaus where I had a few liters of their strongest dark ale, and began talking to a random German about the Bundesliga this year. He was probably in his mid 50s with weird grey hair coming out his ears; he proceeded to tell me how this Bayern side was probably the best side since the 71-72 season when der Bomber netted 40 goals. Over a basket of pretzels the German talked about how he can remember Dortmund playing like "scheisser" eventually losing to Bayern 11-1 that year ...

Set the PVR for the Wolfsburg-Nurnberg match but wasn't going to bother watching it. Two mid-table club with nothing major to play for. Seemed meh. Threw it on while I started making breakfast. Wolfsburg was up 2-0 early and in complete control. I happened to see the final score and saw a 2-2 draw was the final. Whaaaaa? Sure enough, Nurnberg fought back in the 2nd half. Once they evened it up, both sides went after it desperately. Three really nice goals. Matches like these are why I enjoy the Bundesliga so fucking much.Comment
