Neal didn't even get suspended for his hit on Couturier which is the same exact play Raffi made. Neal got his for going after Giroux's head. So Shanahan will look like such a fool if he gives Raffi any games for what he did.

Shanahan's rulings no longer make alot of sense to me after seeing how he ruled on Hagelin and Carkner.
