    Stanley Cup Final: New Jersey Devils vs. Los Angeles Kings

    If anyone says they predicted this match-up in the finals, call their ass a liar.

    The Devils have been playing red hot at home while the Kings have been red hot on the road. Something has to give.

    Brodeur vs. Quick

    Should be a great series.

          Kings easily. I will say I had the Kings predicted as the West champions this year, so I am good on that, but no one in their right fucking mind would have picked the Devils. I still sit here wondering how the hell did they get into the finals.
          All you need to know when thinking of the NHL vs Madden series is the two people involved in making the games.

          The NHL series is a giver, Madden takes the load.

                              No way I can root for the Devils, their fans are some of the worst fairweather fans in sports. Guess I have to root for the Kings so Richards/Gagne win a Cup, even though that unfortunately means Carter would win too.

                                      I've had an unhealthy Anze obsession for a while now,

                                      and with Richards, Carter, Gagne, Williams, Lombardi, Hextall, Stevens all in the organization I can't help but root on the Flyers West now.

                                      Most Flyers fans don't wanna see Richards or Carter hoist the cup but it's not their fault that Holmgren thinks they can't win a cup. I want them to prove him wrong.

                                                          Giroux still 2nd in points and still leading in goals, with Briere behind him. Fleury was really that bad that series.

                                                          On a side note, Giroux should totally win cover vote.
