It's better than nothing.

This was the match that did the 80 share at 3am. Tanahashi tries to recapture the title from the cocky young upstart who pulled the monster up set a few months earlier. Looks like it's recorded off of a TV on an iPhone or some shit, but i'll take it.

They really pick it up for the home stretch, this was pretty awesome. Highlights are Okada desperately trying to set up the Rainmaker, and Gedo going absolutely apeshit on the outside whenever Tanahashi gained an edge.

Crowd was beyond hot. The tombstone spot was great in-ring drama, followed by the Rainmaker reversal spot...

I will say this...there are very few guilty pleasures that I have in wrestling...BUT, understanding nothing but HI FLY FLOW outtanowhere in a Japanese broadcast is one of those things.

Seek out his All Japan jr title run. Awesome stuff vs Kai, Kaz Hayashi, etc.

Now that ive seen the full match, I think Tanahashi/Okada II is my MOTY. I liked it a little better than the first one, and the big match feel nudges it ahead of Davey/Elgin.

I'll probably change my mind 19 times. Tanahashi/Okada I would probably be my #1 had I watched unspoiled, because i would have popped for the surprise finish.
