From listening to his interviews does it seem like Michael Phelps doesn't seem to care too much? He just seems like he's ready to retire now. Strange.

Well what more is there for him to do. He already has won gold in everything, he holds the record for most golds, he just needs like two or three medals for the all time record of most in history, he has a bunch of WR, so really there isn't anything for him to prove anymore.
All you need to know when thinking of the NHL vs Madden series is the two people involved in making the games.

      "rammer" and "cummings"

The NHL series is a giver, Madden takes the load.

Being on twitter I just realized what I'm watching is on tape delay. In this age of social media that doesn't work. I know who won the Ryan Lochte/Michael Phelps 400m match.

The time of year I remember how much I hate NBC and their tape delay bullshit.

I want to watch weightlifting :/
So, metaphorically speaking, our physiology basically has the universe mapped out and you're thinking it needs to be taught addition & subtraction.

19-year old Californian Jose Ramirez fights at 3:30 in the welterweight boxing tournament against a Frenchman. The kid has almost 150 amateur wins and all different kinds of accolades....now he's trying for an Olympic gold.

                    Here's some backstory on Ramiarez

                      Water polo is freaking intense.

And NBC isn't showing any of the events I want to watch.

A website called Sports Pickle went through all the Olympic athletes, and picked out the 60 funniest names in the 2012 Games. And from that list, we proudly present the culled down top ten funniest:

                        #1.) Chinese trampolinist Dong Dong.

                        #2.) Canadian swimmer Victoria Poon.

#3.) Austrian heptathlete Ivona Dadic. (Yeah, we know it’s pronounced ‘Dah-ditch’, but there’s no fun in that.)

#4.) South Korean pole vaulter Yoo Suk Kim.

                        #5.) New Zealand cyclist Jack Bauer . . . like from 24.

#6.) Swiss equestrian athlete Werner Muff.

#7.) Canadian track star Gavin Smellie.

#8.) Japanese volleyball player Yoshie Takeshita.

                        #9.) Chinese sailor Aichen Wang.

#10.) A track and field athlete from Trinidad and Tobago named Sparkle McKnight.
                        Made me chuckle

They didn't look very dominant to me.

Sidenote, wife was aghast that I found Kerri Walsh to be attractive.
