Is Dan Henderson the Greatest MMA Fighter of All-Time by Beating Jones?

I'm sure we've had this debate in the past with Hendo, but it's a fair question and the answer is probably yes.

    So far...

    29-8 Pro Record
Pride Middleweight & Welterweight Champion (@ same time)
    Strikeforce Light Heavyweight Champion
2005 Pride Welterweight Grand Prix Champion
    UFC 17 Middleweight Tournament Champion
RINGS King of Kings 1999 Tournament Champion
    Brazil Open 1997 Tournament Champion

    Knocked out Fedor Emelianenko
Beat Shogun Rua in the Best Fight of 2011 (one of the best fights ever, too )
Knocked out Wanderlei Silva, ending his title reign
Beat Big Nog (meaning he beat the #1 and #2 all-time heavyweights)

Somebody drop some more perspective, especially all you old timers...

Thanks for just redoing one of my threads

Anyway, if he beats Jones he is the GOAT, right now I have And1 1 and Hendo 1a, but I give the nod to And1 because of the head to head, but Silva never took the fights above MW that Hendo took, if he beats Jones its no debate IMO

He is H-Bombs Bones...he's the GOAT.

      No discussion to be had.

If he beats Jones he is GOAT. He is already in the top 5 of fighters all time IMO and all needs is a UFC belt.

If Hendo beats Jones will And1 go up to 205 and fight him?

They'd probably become best friends and avoid the fight.

I like Hendo, but saying he beat Fedor is like saying Marciano beat Louis. Ya, it happened, but Fedor and Louis were on the very tail ends of amazing careers.

                    Fedors 10 year run.
And1 unmatched dominance currently sits at 7 years.
Hendos career is one of those non dominant aura but beats the shit out of important people in different weight classes careers.

I honestly dont know , Id have to wait and see. But beating Jones would be the brightest gem in any of there crowns.
Best reason to have a license.
