Everton are poised to make a sixth and final summer signing after concluding an agreement to bring Belgian international Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe to Goodison Park.
The deal was agreed immediately prior to Friday's 11pm transfer deadline with paperwork submitted to the Premier League and Football Association.
The transfer now needs to be rubber stamped by football's governing body FIFA – a process which will take place early next week.
The powerful Club Bruges midfielder will join on a season-long loan deal with an option to buy and will team up with international colleagues Marouane Fellaini and Kevin Mirallas at Goodison Park.
The 23-year-old 6ft 1in powerhouse started at Gent, moved to Anderlecht and joined Bruges from Bundesliga side Hamburg three years ago where he established himself as their midfield mainstay, making 117 appearances.
