I can't imagine the millions of dollars this old dude has sacrificed for this stupid dream.

I'm guessing he was averaging 4-5M a year with the WWE and might make $50K for his first MMA fight ... if that.

Judging by past articles I read on this moron, he enjoyed the caviar lifestyle when he was in the WWE. A few more years chasing this MMA thing will have him, a monkey and an accordion on a street corner soon.

I think Batista was on top in the WWE long enough to wear he has enough money to live somewhat comfortably. And if opening a MMA gym makes him happy, then who are we to really judge? Can't really knock the guy for following a dream.

LOL @ dropping 30 bucks on that card. Nice to see John Howard is staying active, though.

His opponent's in jail, they offered it to someone else who turned it down.

Waiting word on who the new opponent is for this fight next week.

This mickey mouse PBP guy is hilarious. He's naming past opponents Lucero's had and the color guy points out Tim Sylvia so the PBP guy says, "yes, tim silva."

Batista got nailed with some punches and the fat guy was laying against him on the cage....then Dave hit a double leg and ends up winning by TKO.

The fat dude was giving him the business at first. He was styling on him in the clinch and then Batista got pissed and went for the finish.
