Tanahashi/Suzuki was fantastic. Worthy 5* match.

So is this the show of the year? Did anybody watch the whole thing aside from me?

I'm inching my way through it.

I hit the Tanahashi/Suzuki match first...

Watched the first three matches otherwise so far.

Didn't dig the six man that much...Ibushi v. Low Ki has been the best Low Ki match I've seen in a while. Got up to Devitt coming in and confronting Ki.

God damn, has Okada come far in one year. He's got a great presence about him now and he's backing it up in the ring. Only 24 years old, too. Damn.

Watched everything but the Tanahashi/Suzuki main event. Even without the main event, its the best show I've seen. Even if I don't think the main is 5 stars, I doubt it lowers the show at all.

Here's the thing with Tanahashi. He's one of the only guys around where you really have to pay attention to the build. There are guys who do the slow build for the sake of the slow build, but in reality the match starts 8 minutes in. Not this guy. Everything he does is with a purpose. Especially when he's in with a guy like Suzuki who is very deliberate in how he builds a match as well.

Nobody is better in the ring than Tanahashi right now, IMO.

Guy is just on a run man, a real run. Last, almost two and a half years, the guy is just a bulldozer...match after match is just ridiculous in quality. Many of which are so different from one another.

I sometimes ask my Japanese friend to translate an interview or some in ring challenge every so often when I'm curious. He used to be a big All Japan fan in the 90's....said he worked as a crowd handler when they came to his town....doesn't follow too closely anymore but has been watching a bit since I ask him to translate. So anyway the storyline of Suzuki-Tanahashi was pretty clear but I was curious as to what he was yelling when he was in the figure four. I'll share what my friend sent me.....

I think Suzuki was screaming "Why don't you break my leg!? Konoyaro~!" Konoyaro can be translated as asshole or any of those types of nouns.

That is definitely something Suzuki would say lol
