Fucking ridiculous that Aguero goes unpunished. That kind of shit has no part in the game

Sure if you are looking for relegation.

Martinez isn't a BPL manager. He's a top level nPower Championship, nPower1, nPower 2 guy.

I disagree. When Martinez was in the lower leagues, all he did was gain promotion after promotion. Then he gets to Prem, with below average teams and continuously keeps them in.

I think he is a damn good manager. Not sure if Everton are the ones, but they sure as shit could do a lot worse. If they do pick him, (I think they would rather have Laudrup), with that team and some more support he would finish top 10.

He had his team ready today and they outplayed City today by decent margin.

There's something weirdly dispassionate about City fans. I think they've had a disappointing season culminating in this abject performance against a relegation-threatened side, and all these supporters are calling in praising Mancini and wishing for him to stay.

Well they did win the title with him at the helm last year. Funny how 2nd place and a cup final appearance is grounds for dismissal despite winning your league the year before. Too much turnover can be a bad thing especially when you bring the wrong guy in.

Yeah I don't necessarily think that they're wrong, it's just the manner in which they express their opinion.

City has an odd dichotomy amongst fans. You have some long time, old school fans who are enjoying the money era but don't seem to have overblown their expectations on it too much. You have the newer fans who came in with the money and who have really only known a relatively successful version of City (upper half of the table or better) and who have expectations but not necessarily totally overblown ones. At least not when it comes to the manager - less so when it comes to buying players. The experience that Chelsea has undergone with regard to managers has probably mitigated the desire to change a bit...

As for the match... fantastique. Amazing from a neutral perspective.

Would rather see Sunderland or Norwich City go down instead of Wigan. Since Liverpool has been destined to the middle of the table, I've enjoyed the relegation race this season. Hopefully QPR gets back in in 2014.
