Your bold predictions for the 2013 season

    Post them here.

Not really sure how the Caps are going to do this season. The whole division continues to improve, and the pressure is really on the Caps to stay on the top. I think the win the division- that's not a bold prediction- but with a new coach, I'm not sure how far into the playoffs they will make- again, not a bold prediction.

I do feel Adam Oates will be letting loose offensively this season. With the lockout giving him some extra time to heal, my bold prediction is Mike Green being a point-per-game player this year.

Crosby will lead the league in goals and points. He will play the entire season, and he will be a sick beast.

And Pittsburgh will win the cup.
All you need to know when thinking of the NHL vs Madden series is the two people involved in making the games.

    "rammer" and "cummings"

The NHL series is a giver, Madden takes the load.

Unfortunately as I support a Championship calibre team I can't make a prediction like that and call it bold.

Bold prediction: McDonagh gets nominated for the Norris Trophy ballot.

Sharks win the cup. That's about as bold as it gets.

Norris? Try Lidstrom, Neidermayer and Pronger.

Why? Cause the ballot never changes, even if they retire.

Calgary will compete for a playoff spot.

              Fine smartass

Calgary will have a realistic shot at the playoffs as of April 10

They compete every year for a playoff spot....

they just always keep missing out instead of tanking it.

They need a rebuild in the worst way........can't see that happening so I won't make it a prediction.
