Reem shouldn't have been so damn cocky and leaving his hands down so willy nilly. With 'Reem going down, the next heavyweight contender is in question. I guess the winner of Werdum/Nog can get the shot. Maybe Cormier depending on how fast the turnaround.
Jon Fitch finally got what was coming to him. Maia served him a taste of his own medicine and I was loving it.
Strikeforce went 3-0 on the prelims. Green was especially impressive.
Rogan was definitely selling Frankie's performance. I also had it 49-46 Aldo. I was impressed with Edgar's performance in how he was able to adjust and turn Aldo into a boxer in the later rounds.
I'm glad the Lil' Nog won, but that fight was terrible. Not really a marketable performance for either guy. Especially disappointed in Rashad because didn't have much output at all.
Blackzilians took a a major L as a camp tonight. A whole of names, but not much results in terms of wins.

Close fight, but I don't see how two of the judges scored it 49-46, Frankie definitely got the fourth and fifth the round that could have gone either way was the third. These two round performances from Aldo are starting to become stale though so I was hoping Frankie would get the decision with Aldo moving to 155 so he wouldn't have to be sapped from these cuts.Comment

I was pulling hard for Aldo but surely I cant be the only won who thought Frankie stole that fight in the last 3 rounds? I scored it 48-47 Frankie, and altho I cant say I overly disagree with giving Aldo the fight (and the 3rd round) but the 49-46 judging IMO was rather poor. I dont see how anyone couldve scored those last 2 rounds to Aldo.Comment

Cro Cop speaks the truth on Clean Reem.
"Watching the weigh-in, I saw that his muscles mass was nowhere near his usual, he had the weight, but he wasn't nearly as carved out and defined, since he couldn't take anything because he was watched by the Athletic Commission. This also reflects on the psyche of a man who's been using stuff to increase his strength, endurance, pain tolerance and aggressiveness for years, and now there was none of that. Alistair is an excellent fighter, but he still owes that excellence to something that's dirty and unpermitted, and, in the end, very dangerous to health."

Heavyweight division suddenly became really uninteresting.
Overbum acting like Anderson goes down like Griffin.Best reason to have a license.
