    Fox Sports 1 Debuts August 17

    That Saturday will feature a live UFC show on the network.

    There will be Fight Nights on Wednesdays 14 times through 2014 (from 8-11pm).

    UFC Tonight moves to the network from FUEL, too. Plus, PPV and Fox prelims will air on the network.

    This is the network replacing SPEED (other sports featured will include MLB, NASCAR, college football, college basketball and soccer.

              That is going to be FOX Sports National Sports Channel...going head to head with ESPN.

                  A live UFC event, currently dubbed "UFC on FSN 1," is set for Aug. 17 in primetime. A second live FSN 1 event is planned for December, according to a FOX official.

                  Following FSN 1's launch and continuing throughout 2014, Wednesday nights will be a regular destination for UFC programming, including 14 live fight-night events also airing in primetime.

                  They're also going to do a UFC show Super Bowl week on FSN.
