Two games in a row I've had the privilege of watching this noob's brutal neutral zone play. The guy doesn't give a fuck. Gets too pretty against the Isles and gets turned over, after a weak backcheck his shitty team are down 2-1 and they end up losing, to the Islanders. Not 24 hours later and Ovy is caught missing a check/going for a line change as Stepan dekes past, goes straight into the zone and scores. He also took an ill advised roughing penalty to give the Rangers a decisive PP and goal. Pathetic.
How is this team on the bubble supposed to get over the hump and win close games when their captain is putting in half-hearted shifts right in the middle of an even game? Just terrible. Adam Oates is fucked in this spot, the poor guy.
