His schtick gets old after a while. When you hire him, your team needs that kick in the ass, but is otherwise pretty well-off talent wise. He's either going to continue to be that kind of coach, or has to evolve into a different one.

This is what bugged me more about Tortorella more than anything ... he bashes the hell out of the media, but is the first to join them and collect the pay check/cheque.
