Sharks looked incredibly flat last night. I wasn't disappointed with the first two losses in LA because at least they played hard, last night's effort was pathetic. They looked like they'd never played hockey before. Outshot and outhit 2:1 at one point.
I don't get how their can be such a huge difference in effort when they are playing on the road. It doesn't make sense to me but they've done it all year.
I should be going Sunday. Not feeling all that confident after last night's effort. No Torres, Havlat, and Burish is really starting to hurt.
Irwin can't seem to do anything right on D and Boyle's age is showing in that pairing.Comment

No idea how the Sharks are going to look tonight since they looked downright awful in LA the last time they were there.
Should be an amazing game. Can't see either team scoring 3 and I don't see this game being decided by more than a goal.Comment

And with this elimination we are now guaranteed to have a repeat cup champion from the last five seasons. All you need to know when thinking of the NHL vs Madden series is the two people involved in making the games.
"rammer" and "cummings"
The NHL series is a giver, Madden takes the load.Comment

Quick's positioning was unreal. I thought the Sharks couldn't really catch a break and I thought the penalty on Burns for hitting Regehr was flat out awful.
I'm still more upset with the suspension on Torres. He was built for this type of series and the Sharks really needed him.Comment
