    Austin Aries "Incident"

Austin Aries has come under some serious fire lately because of his actions at Impact.

On the show, Hemme mistakenly introduced Aries and tag team partner Bobby Roode as their opponents for the evening, Christopher Daniels and Kazarian. This led Aries to corner the inaugural winner of WWE's Diva Search in the ring as he intimidated her into correctly introducing him before climbing onto a second-level turnbuckle and shoving his groin near her face.

Following the show, Hemme voiced her displeasure with Aries' actions via Twitter, deeming it "unacceptable." Late Saturday night, Aries appeared to address the incident though the social networking outlet, writing, "Pretty nuts, some of the junk people get the balls to say over the net, knowing they couldn't to your face...Eh, anyway, time to sack out."

I think it is being blown up for nothing, or is a work that is getting over pretty well. Either way I think nuts to the face has become mandatory in wrestling. Example, D Bryan and Cody Rhodes

Pretty stupid if you ask me. Fatasses hacks like Mark Madden are blowing it out of proportion. Hemme shouldnt have fucked up and Aries didnt even really touch her... just trapped her.

I know, and if you've seen PWG 100, you would know that Aries keeps a sock there, so it is like an addition 3 inches away from her face.

Looked like a work to me. Other than the groin to the face. That looked like an impromptu moment.

If this was some male announcer no one would give a shit and calls for sexual harassment would be the last thing on peoples mind, they would think that shit was hilarious and Aries being a great heel.

Either no one is at fault OR they both are at fault and both deserve to be fired. She fucked up, he fucked up.

                Nobody deserves to be fired.

He improvised and behaved within character, his intent was not to legit intimidate her and he made no sexual gestures. Doesn't mean it doesn't fit the strict definition of harassment. So the slap on the wrist he received and the private apology he gave her is fine.

People are overblowing it into something it isn't, with the 'sexual assault' nonsense & calling for his firing and such.

It's all a show, Spike execs should shut the hell up and let the company handle it.

That's exactly what I thought. He appeared to stay in character when confronting her. Which is why I thought it was a work/improvised event.
