They were worn by the Dallas Stars, and no one gave a fuck about them.

I actually don't mind them. The D looks funny, and I'm not sure about the straight green for a hockey team. Dallas had green but it was a mix of black and gold. These are straight green.

Yeah, I like the idea of more green instead of being almost all black, but I liked the green and yellow. These new ones remind me of the Jets color scheme, but only the green isn't as nice.

It looks like they are trying to go with somewhat of a retro look that the Minnesota North Stars wore but it's a different green and the D just doesn't look good.



I liked the North Stars jerseys because of the green they used, not a fan of the green here.

^^^ That looks way better. If they could've successfully married that with a Texas style Lone Star then it would've been solid.

Really like the return to a lighter shade of green but I would like to see more emphasis on yellow as a secondary color and not black. Logo is kind of bland but that's what you get with a bland nickname, only so many ways you can depict a star. Agree with TBU that the styling of the D kind of ruins it.

The logo reminds me of the Columbus Blue Jackets unfortunately. Choosing green was a smart brand identity choice; the green jersey is unique and it's especially useful that they have gotten away from the black scheme which many teams are using already.

As along as they get rid of these god awful ones. Infact every NHL team using that type of design should get rid of them. They look bootleg as can be.
