Dayum at that King Mo KO. Petruzelli went to sleep with one shot.

            Babalu's done.

Lots of mentions of Roy Nelson tonight, probably not an accident, they probably think they have a decent shot at bringing him in. That camp clearly has a good relationship with Bellator.

Bellator is best viewed on DVR, because you could fall asleep in between fights with the stupid amount of time they take.

Overall a really fun show with good finishes. Mo is going to kill that bum in the final. Heavyweight final should be a good scrap, I like the Russian to find a way.

What I did yesterday (fast forwarding through most, stopping to see the finishes), so I didn't hear any mentions of Nelson. However, I know he was there last night because Bellator tweeted out a pic backstage of him and Babalu.

Smith & Wheelock kept talking about him during the Martinez fight & the main event. It was more than passing mentions. Felt like a directive to me.

Watching the show, it was obvious that Roy was there, but I didn't really have any reaction to them talking about him. Now that you mention that, it does seem like they were pushing his success and his team's success in Bellator.

On Wednesday night, it had its first show on Spike TV that didn't have a pro wrestling lead-in. The show headlined by "King" Mo Lawal against Seth Petruzelli did a 0.4 rating and 480,000 viewers from 8-10 p.m.
                            Not good.

The first Bellator live event on Spike that didn't come after TNA pro wrestling saw numbers decline 41 percent from its first season average.
