Mertens close to joining Napoli, passes medical

The Belgian winger was taken to Cerreto Sannita medical center

Dries Mertens underwent medical tests for Naples this morning. The Belgian winger landed at Capodichino airport and then was taken to the Centre of the Club's social doctor De Nicola in Cerreto Sannita (Benevento).
The tests, Whose outcome was positive, were the carried out by SSC Napoli medical staff coordinated by Professor Doctor Pezzella and Marzullo.

Whenever I've seen Mertens play with Belgium I've been impressed, looks a solid talent, good price at £8m. If we didn't already have a stockpile of Belgian wingers he'd have been a fine target, seems to link well with Hazard but who doesn't really.
