Watched today Monaco lose out to a undermanned Lille squad. Game was actually decent, and the secound goal was a picture perfect counter attack. No more than 5 passes. Hilarious.

Man U played Arsenal great today. Kept their shape very well, collapsed tightly around the box, and were pressing high up the field. Granted, Arsenal wasn't very sharp today, very loose with the ball and their touch was off. I think playing 3 top clubs in a week had a lot to do with it.

I thought in today's game it was more mental with Arse. They just didn't seem to match the intensity that United came out with. United knew they couldnt let Arse beat them at home. For some reason United were extremely confident defensively, and after the goal played a very professional rest of the game.

Obviously a good win, and a better weekend on the whole.

In the premier league Spurs have not scored 3 or more goals. Only scored 2 goals 2 times and have been shutout 4 times.

Arsenal faced Suarez, Sturridge, Lewandowski, Reus, Rooney and RvP in one week, conceded 1 goal and got 6 points. I ain't mad.

Also Metersacker and Rosicky were out due to illness, Arteta was also playing sick and we are without Walcott, Podolski, and Ox and still on top of the table. It could be a lot worse right now.
