Whisper it, but I am impressed with Newcastle so far this window. Cabella, the good De Jong and now Janmaat? Rumours of Rivière to follow?

I'd still like to see a bit more in defence but it's nice to see some money spent and the club going about business in a professional manner

Lots of people across the pond, are raving about the Cabella deal. Great price for a player who many believed to be one of the best fullbacks in the French League last season.

Looks like Newcastle have their defense sorted now.

Sunderland agree to 14 million Euro fee for transfer of Liverpool FW Fabio Borini. Sad to see him go.

You ought to be thrilled at that price. But it sounds like he may have rejected Sunderland... They massively overpay for a player and he isn't interested...

What Diego Costa is doing in the Premier League is so not fair.

Top of the PL standings are looking odd. Aston Villa, Swansea City and Southampton are in the top 4 0_0

I read that Roma had 5 or 6 starters out today. Totti became the oldest goal scorer in the Champions League. It is nice to see City shit the bed year after year in the CL.
