Who is the new Rookie? My guess is Kotoka or Chihiro Tominaga.

      I asked around. Alan4L responds:

nah it's Yuta who's in Mexico with the other lads. He hasn't debuted in Japan yet. Very little experience so hopefully they just put him with someone solid, and do a traditional rookie match.

I'm not thrilled with the customer service I received during the last round of Evolve shows, but these are too good to pass up. gabe gets my money again, but my tolerance for bullshit is thin.

Yeah, I think since Gabe is working with guys from Japan, that he puts a bit more time and money into the product.

One thing I've noticed...just avoid Evolve iPPVs...

It seems all of the issues happen with Evolve. When the gooks are in town, there is no fuckin around, it seems.

btw - what's the vibe for the Gargano title match? Are they going to hot shot the CIMA-Gargano match after a four-way or maybe give you TT or EITA or Tozawa instead and give you CIMA-Gargano as a legit, advertised match for a PPV down the line (perhaps, WrestleMania weekend?)

I have no feel for it.

I personally feel like CIMA is going to lose the Dream Gate to Tozawa a few days earlier at World, so that sorta frees him up to win the Freedom Gate, but like you say, I would think they would like to advertise Gargano/CIMA ahead of time and build it. Same for Gargano/Ricochet. Plus Ricochet has the MITB deal he won at WrestleCon. So that leaves Eita & Tomahawk, who are being pushed as a team, but Gabe loves to rocket pack guys in situations like this (Tyler Black comes to mind), so I think one of them wins it.

It could also be CIMA, and Gargano could cheat his way to a win, setting up a rematch.

idk, and it's cool that it's hard to figure

I think having the CIMA match sooner than later will be good. I don't know why Ricochet isn't the freedom gate champ yet. I'm hoping they work up to that match either next set of shows or like you guys said at Wrestlecon. Either way I see it as DGUSA has between 6-8 shows before the next wrestlecon weekend to build a legit draw of a Main Event. Unless they want to go the SHINGO route and just bring someone in to fight Gargano like Yamato, Doi, Yoshino or BxB Hulk.

Bryan Alvarez interviews Gargano for one hour. Alvarez embarrasses himself a few times (as usual) by not knowing what the fuck he's talking about because he doesn't watch anything aside from WWE or TNA.

I'm for sure ordering Saturday's iPPV and trying to *GASP* have friends come over so I don't feel like too much of a loser.

Seriously though how can I skip:
