Wanderlei Silva Withdraws from Fight w/ Chael Sonnen -- Vitor vs. Chael in July

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has pulled the light heavyweight fight between Chael Sonnen and Wanderlei Silva from the UFC 173 pay-per-view (PPV) on May 24, 2014 in Las Vegas, Nevada, and moved it to a May 31 headliner in Brazil.

Ballsy move by the UFC. What's the over/under that a riot breaks out after Chael wins?

It's official. Silva didn't show up for his medicals in Las Vegas so he's been replaced with Vitor Belfort, who passed his.

Chael Sonnen vs. Belfort on the Weidman/Machida, Rousey/Davis undercard.

Wow...but what exactly did Chael say that people are remarking that he called this ?
Best reason to have a license.

Months back, either before the TUF season aired, he insisted that Wand would not fight him.

Back when the fight was scheduled for this month, as late as March, Dana came out and said Wanderlei still had not signed the bout agreement.

Apparently, in addition to not filing the paperwork to get a license to fight in Nevada, Wand also refused to take a random drug test (that Chael took and passed).

He's been calling it in pretty much every interview, and most recently at the press conference last week:

Whole thing is gold, but he mentions Wand not going to show near the end.

Supposedly Wand pulled a Reem and ran out the building when he had to be tested.

Wand basically said he needs a lawyer present to signoff on the drug test o.0
