    Miller to St Louis.
    Chris Stewart to Ottawa
    Prospect or 1st to Buffalo

    is being talked hard.

Halak to the Sabres also looks like it is happening.
All you need to know when thinking of the NHL vs Madden series is the two people involved in making the games.

    "rammer" and "cummings"

The NHL series is a giver, Madden takes the load.

Ryan Miller has been traded to the St. Louis Blues along with Steve Ott in exchange for Jaroslav Halak, Chris Stewart, prospect William Carrier, a first-round draft pick in 2015 and a third-round draft pick in 2016.

Sabres have 4 picks in the top 60 already with another possible 1st coming if the islanders don't want it this season.

this is NHL 14 shit right here.

At this point in time, there is no deal pending between BUF and OTT.

In related news, Jeff Tyni, the Anehiem Ducks equipment manager, is the Blues backup goalie tonight.

The Sabres backup goalie was a guy who is Director of Hockey Technology at their arena, who last played in high school in the early 2000's.

Blues definitely see their window right now, but man, the Sabres are loaded for draft picks. Christian Ehrhoff just submitted his 8 teams for the limited no movement clause, so he's likely out the door now as well.

They appear to be loading up on 2015 picks which is looking like a mighty good draft. They have a bunch of players they could easily move like Moulson has to be gone this year and Stafford might be more of an offseason move. They also have a tremendous amount of cap space next season so they have a lot of room to play.

Seems like a good move for both sides. Goal tending has cost the Blues the past two years in the playoffs, so hopefully Miller is the answer for a deep run.

Looks like the Sabres are going to spin Halak soon, as the Wild are looking for help with Backstrom hurt and Harding still out, and the Wild have also looked into Brodeur as well.
