They will soon be doing that across the board as a way to #raisesubscriptions to the Network. After the draw of WM flopped, the next thing is to get your big stars to do those types of things on the Network. It won't work, but they are desperate to get it to work.Comment

fill NXT up with "nitch" acts ...Comment

Which the people here, those who follow VOW, etc will eat up probably. The thing is, we are the guys who were buying the network anyway. They've got to find a way to reach the casual fan, and if the casual fan doesn't even want WM each year with the Network sub........what's going to bring those in?Comment

Feel like an idiot to get suckered into The Undertaker's streak continuing.
The damn song in the promo video told you everything you need to know.

The Bryan special on the network (check on demand if you missed it) was great. First half covered his early years (including TWA & ROH footage) and they covered almost all the major points of his WWE story. Included behind the scenes footage of the week leading up to Mania, too.

Re-watched the matches from WrestleMania.
Cena-Wyatt, Taker-Lesnar, the Main Event...all significantly worse on a rewatch.
If you like shit like Cena-Wyatt...we simply have opposite end of the spectrum taste in wrestling. What a shit show.
Taker-Lesnar was just BAD. I've realized my ultimate issue with this match. On a show that is essentially dedicated to putting the jet pack on Daniel Bryan (over an hour of the biggest PPV of the year dedicated to strapping the rocket pack on him)...you don't throw a monkey wrench into the show by having Taker lose. As Vince would normally say to every other wrestler..."it ain't your night, kid"...they shouldn't have done anything to steal the show from Daniel Bryan and they threw the biggest show stealer in quite some time (and not the good show stealin kind either) in there.
The three-way finale, ...its even worse. As I said right after the damn show, It is a token Attitude Era clusterfuck three way. Not even Daniel Bryan's awesomeness could save this match to even be passable. They overbooked the shit to smithereens. No need for the stretcher job. The huge reverse RKO from a Batista Bomb THROUGH THE TABLE should have been sufficient enough without needing the damn stretcher to overemphasize that this just fucked Daniel Bryan up. Crawling out from underneath that rubble > overplayed getting off the stretcher gimmick.
With that said...I still loved the first half of the show...4-way tag match holds up nicely. Bryan v. Triple H was quite good. The Shield squash was good (again..."it ain't your night, kid"...no need to give The Shield an extended look to look awesome...they looked just awesome enough in a nondescript six-man). The Battle Royal was exactly what it should have been. Cesaro v. Big Show with Cesaro going over the Giant with a "moment".
Anything after Bray Wyatt's entrance was just...Comment
