They are legal... completely legal. That's like trying to outlaw wrestling versus a kick boxer. You are trying to end the fight one way or another. There have been many fights where fighters are intentionally trying to cut open their opponent... that certainly shouldn't be illegal.

Nah I know it's legal, but I don't see why it is. The kick to the knees that he always does and now popping his arm out in the clinch. I don't see how these moves should be legal. What do they add to the fight? There's a reason why certain moves are outlawed in the sport, because they're too dangerous and add nothing to the fight. They're just cheap moves designed to injure your opponent. There's no defense against them, it's not a technical struggle for position as all other submission moves are. So why would I ever want to see a fight end or hindered from someone getting their arm popped while clinching. There's nothing about it that's exciting, it's just cheap.Comment
