Nah I know it's legal, but I don't see why it is. The kick to the knees that he always does and now popping his arm out in the clinch. I don't see how these moves should be legal. What do they add to the fight? There's a reason why certain moves are outlawed in the sport, because they're too dangerous and add nothing to the fight. They're just cheap moves designed to injure your opponent. There's no defense against them, it's not a technical struggle for position as all other submission moves are. So why would I ever want to see a fight end or hindered from someone getting their arm popped while clinching. There's nothing about it that's exciting, it's just cheap.

Popping the arm out is really no different than a standing arm bar. Its not going to submit someone but it allows control of the other guys movements. As far as the knee kicks... its standard amongst Muay Thai fighters as far as I have seen. A way to work the joint and slow your opponent down. No one has been injured because of it (at least not in the UFC) that I'm aware of.
