NASCAR Road Course Week

NASCAR visits one of the two road courses on the schedule, Sonoma, this Sunday. This is my favorite race to watch, and I wish there was more of these tracks. At least Road America needs to be on the schedule and one of them in the Chase format.

My pick this weekend is Kurt Busch. He had the race won in 2012 until a speeding penalty and breaking his suspension derailed that. Last year he had multiple speeding penalties while leading, if he gets his shit together he should be a front runner.

Usually a smaller team goes out and gets a road course veteran for these kinds of races, but unfortunately Fellows isn't in this one, or the Nationwide road course race at Road America this weekend. Boris Said will be running in the #32 car, but that's about it as far road course-ringers go.
