    with u having a decent QB with speed I ran alot of contain with my DEs. Anytime u run contain or spy they do not rush the line. As in the one video in which my DEs kind of just sit back and slider to where u go. I ran alot of Nickel 1-5-5. It gives me only 1 downline and 5 LBs. In this formation there are several plays were the LBs play zone and the only one rushing is the DT. Also, in quaters I ran some cover three man contain, quaters contain, cover two man spy contain.

    As far as running the same play that is not true bro. I changed it up and ran prolly 22 different plays throughout the game. Also, remember u were running alot of those 5-10 yards crossing routes a lot of the time as well as the hitches.
