    Ok, I had to download it myself... You unzip all of the things that are zipped, and then you'll get a folder named "Lz0" and a "Setup". Install it using the "Setup" (not in the folder) and after you install it a TweetAttcks icon will appear on your desktop, leave it be. Now open that Lz0 folder and double click that and it'll ask you for your Twitter log in info. That's what it did for me. Try that and if it don't work I'll try something else.
