    no the other 31 teams rosters stay the same. all the players, except the guys that i kept, from the chiefs go away but thats it.

    oh my bad. to do that, i created my team and chose fantasy roster. i picked bowe, johnson, and the rookies to be on my team. for the rest of the spots, i picked the worst players at each position. then i started the franchise, released all of the bad guys i put on the team (which made duplicates of them but it doesnt matter cuz theyll never get signed anyway) and there is a slight cap penalty but nothing to big. finally, with all the cap room i had, i was able to sign the rest of my team via free agency.
