Steve Sarkisian is a damn good coach. I think Locker would greatly benefit coming back for his senior season and playing in Sark's pro style system, but this might be the last draft before a rookie salary cap is brought in, so it might be a gong show draft class filled with under classmen. As a UW fan I hope Locker returns, but the lure of big bucks might be too hard to resist.

I agree. There might be a high number of underclassmen declare simply because of a rookie cap. On the other hand, Locker is already getting paid by the Angels. Money might not be as big an issue to him at this point.

Brandon Spikes will be a Top 10-15 pick. He is one of my favorite players in this year's draft.

I love Spikes as well, but lately there have been concerns about his speed. I hope it's bunk.

Russell Okung is a beast.

Carlos Dunlap is overrated. He's IMO a mid to late 1st round pick. He's very talented, but he can have an inconsistent motor (See Tennessee game, he looked like he didn't even want to be there).

Major Wright is a 2nd-3rd round pick. Doesn't have enough range to play FS.

Jerry Hughes=Beast. I really hope the Bears draft him, he's undersized for a DE, but he's incredibly talented and he's a good fit in the Bears Cover 2 defense.

Another underrated DE, Lindsay Witten. He already has 8 sacks, and he'd have more if not for a stomach bug. He's a late 1st to mid round 2nd round pick.

This might be one of the best draft classes we've seen in years, it's going to be fun to see it play out.

That's because all the great Florida players are coming out lol.
Seriously, the quarterback class looks amazing compared to last year. Tebow, Bradford, possibly McCoy, Snead (idk), etc....WOW. Receivers all went last year, only guys I see are Shipley, maybe Decker, and Damian Williams (?).

McCoy has a weak arm, he's at best a backup in the NFL. Tebow has a bleak future as an NFL QB. Bad mechanics, horrid footwork, long delivery, and he plays in Florida's option offense.

Though this draft is full of talent.

I for sure thought USF would have a DE playing on Sundays next year, but it looks like Selvie wont be the only one.

A few weeks back, it seemed a little premature when Florida State offensive line coach Rick Trickett said that USF defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul was "a definite first-round guy."

Turns out, that might be a conservative projection.

Even though Pierre-Paul has played only five games of major college football, ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. has Pierre-Paul at No. 12 on his updated 2010 NFL draft board. The junior college transfer has "a lot of explosiveness, length and production ... a great package of skills and could be a top-15 pick in the spring," Kiper writes.

If that projection holds up -- and Pierre-Paul has eight games to improve his draft stock as he gets acclimated to BCS-level football -- USF would face the real possibility of Pierre-Paul leaving after only one season in Tampa.

This guys has been impressive since the first snap in spring drills. I cant beleive we might loose JPP after only one year.
