It doesn't help that Hurley is a main character. But yeah, it really feels like they use the same formula - oddities that people just kinda have to accept, then a bit of a reveal/twist at the end of the end episode.

Sorry the truth hurts. But that's reality and how TV programming works. Once again, the fact most people here think that the God awful NBC shows on Thursday are good, as is boring, drab crap like Boardwalk Empire, shows how serious I take most opinions here. :smug:

Well I thought tonight's episode was pretty boring. However next week's episode looks awesome.
 
I tried to like this show, but it just didn't work. I liked Sarah Jones' boobies, but the premise of the show was just stupid. You need incredibly compelling people to pull off a premise like this ... and this show didn't have them.
I love Hurley like everyone else, but I don't buy him as an action hero fighting crime.
