All bias aside I don't think Brett is going to play well in the Superdome. He has had a history of having problems in opposing domes in the playoffs and has had some awful playoff games on the road in domes (awful as in 6 turnovers in a game awful). That Superdome next week is going to be fucking loud. If Brett comes out and plays as well as he did today I will be stunned. He deserves a ring if he gets past that next week.

Superbowl atmosphere is very different than road game atmosphere in a dome. But who knows, maybe this is the time Brett breaks all the trends. He broke one today beating Dallas in the playoffs, something he had never done.

You do realize that the Superdome has never hosted a NFC championship game? Those Favre fans there will just be a drop in the bucket compared to the Saints faithful. Those fans are going to come out like they did this week and it's going to be crazy.

So you are going to base Favre's entire career as a team mate based on what one person said about him? It's no secret that Thomas Jones and Lavernius Coles were on "Team Chad" when Favre came to town. You'd think if he was such a "bad team mate" that more than one fool would be talking to the media. I am not exactly from there, but my entire family is, I spent every summer there for 10 years and lived there full-time for the past 5, and I can tell you right now this is bullshit. Nobody even likes Favre in Louisiana dude. Maybe if the Saints followed through on their threats to move to Gulfport/Biloxi 5 years ago, it'd be "almost like a home game for Favre", but there's no way any Saints fan is gonna give a fuck about Brett Favre on that day.

That crowd is gonna be 99% Saints and 110% drunk. Bad news for Favre because it's the loudest NFL venue by far (with apologies to Seattle/KC, and I know, the roof is an added advantage). There is absolutely no way any Saints fan will want anything else but to see Favre go down.

Trust me, I know dozens of Saints fans, none of them like Favre. Even before this week, they were all annoyed with him during the retirement shenanigans of the past 3 years.
